Prohibited Conduct
Under Title IX, sex discrimination includes any conduct that denies or limits a person's ability to participate in or benefit from an education program or activity on the basis of sex. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. Any such conduct is strictly prohibited in our district.

Reporting and Complaint Procedures
Anyone who believes they have been subjected to sex discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, or who knows of such conduct, is encouraged to report it to the Title IX Coordinator. Complaints can be made in person, by phone, or by email.  Complaints can also be made to any school employee, who is required to report it to the Title IX Coordinator.
