West Elk Junior High and High School students that are enrolled in Family and Consumer Science received their Certificates of Completion from Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities (KCCTO) for successfully accomplishing for the 18 hour online course titled Foundations for Safe and Healthy Early Care Facilities Module.
